Returns

- Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.


- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging and in new condition. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. 


- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@absolute-canada.com while providing the following fields of information:

1. Contact name
2. Mailing address
3. Order number
4. Reason for return including a brief description and photos

Warranty

- Our products have a 1-year limited warranty which begin at the date of purchase.

- We reserve the right to check any shoe to determine warranty coverage. Please note the following are not covered by the limited warranty:

1. Damage due to natural wear and tear
   
2. Material failure from misuse or accidents
   
3. After-market product modification
   
4. Purchases made from an unauthorized, third-party reseller
5. Poor fit
