LOST OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

1. Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and up to date.

We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.

2. Lost Packages (No Fault of the Customer)

If a package is lost during transit and the customer is not at fault, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

To qualify, we require verifiable proof from the shipping carrier, such as:

  • Tracking information showing the package is lost, stuck in transit, or undelivered, or
  • Official carrier documentation confirming the package cannot be delivered

Claims cannot be approved based solely on customer statement without supporting evidence.

3. Investigation Period

Lost package claims require an investigation with the shipping carrier, which may take 5–10 business days (or longer depending on the carrier). We appreciate your patience during this process.

4. Resolution Timeline

Once loss is confirmed:

  • Refunds or replacements will be issued within 5–7 business days
  • Replacement shipping fees will be waived for confirmed lost packages
5. Non-Eligible Scenarios

We are not liable for packages marked as:

  • Delivered by the carrier (including delivery to parcel boxes, mailrooms, reception areas, or front doors)
  • Sent to an address provided incorrectly by the customer
